Crystal Lake - Rebirth

I already liked Crystal Lake before and I LOVED John era "The Last Ten Seconds of Life" so having him take the reigns as the new vocalist of Crystal Lake had me very excited. I was also very curious to see how this combo would sound as the band has historically been on the heavy side of Metalcore while John was a powerful Beatdown / Downtempo vocalist previously. Now that we've finally got some new music the wait is over and I've got to say they came out SWINGING. The band still sounds like themselves instrumentally and John just brings an extra heavy, hard-hitting performance that does not disappoint!
